What is WOW?
WOW is a program in which schools invite dynamic
women speakers to talk with students about career options
in ways that will inspire and motivate them.
These
women are volunteers representing a wide range of careers.
Discussions revolve around what each woman does, why
she is passionate about her career, the personal and
economic benefits of her profession, the obstacles she
had to overcome, and the rewards. Our speakers also
talk about their education and training, opportunities
for advancement, and the changing workplace.
WOW
is geared to opening doors and minds so students can
achieve their unique professional and life goals.
